
On the buffet you’ll find – among many other excellent dishes – fragrant spelt bread from the Emmental, fresh bagels with marinated vegetables and hummus, Indian stews with flatbread and raita, accompanied by kombucha or matcha yoghurt shakes. And if you like it sweet, you can’t miss the almond milk panna cotta or the vegan mango coconut cream.
If you’re not only looking for a healthy feast but also want to get some exercise before your big brunch, you can start a little earlier and take a leisurely stroll up the hiking trail to the Kulturschür. Or you can enjoy the view on a digestive walk along the Gurten circular path.
