It’s a feast for both the eyes and the tastebuds: The gondolas are charmingly decorated with red and white chequered curtains and authentic accessories such as traditional ski poles. Seated on snug warm seats, you can sense the spirit of the mountains. In addition to cheese fondue - classic or with black truffle - with bread, potatoes, pickled gherkins and silver onions, there are many Gstaad specialties to try.
