Mishio Vatterland is located directly on the Bärenplatz, on the 1st floor of the Vatter building. The bright, modern interior and generous window front take the guests on a journey through Asian culture. The team is in a direct and transparent exchange with the guests which is also reflected in the open kitchen. Fresh ingredients and selected spices ensure a unique and flavourful taste experience. During summer, guests on the terrace can look out over the Bärenplatz and enjoy the direct view of the parliament. Mishio goes straight to the heart of Asian cuisine.
