Built in 1906, the house on Tavelweg was renovated in 2016. Bed & Kitchen is located on the second floor and has one double room and one single room. Both rooms come equipped with a wardrobe, a comfortable bed, a TV corner with an armchair (digital TV with over 300 channels) and Wi-Fi.
Bed & Kitchen means that guests can cook their own meals in the kitchen found on the same floor; there is also a shared shower room and bathroom with a toilet on this floor. In the warmer months, the enchanting garden invites you to relax awhile.
Tavelweg is located in the idyllic Obstberg district, which is very tranquil in spite of its proximity to Bern city center. You can get to Tavelweg using the number 12 bus (direction: Zentrum Paul Klee) from Bern main station The bus stop ‟Tavelweg″ is around 150 meters away from Bed & Kitchen. The bus ride through Bern's main streets takes ten minutes and gives you a first impression of the World Heritage city.
