Activate the Bern Ticket in the Bern Welcome app and benefit from free travel in zones 100/101 operated by the LIBERO Association during your entire stay.

Download the app beforehand / before your trip. After a few clicks, your tram and bus ticket will automatically be valid from the day you arrive.
Step 1: Download the app
Search for "Bern Welcome" in your Play or App Store and download the Bern Welcome app onto your smartphone.
Step 2: Select category
Select the option "Visitor in Bern". This will automatically take you to the next step in the activation of your Bern Ticket.
Step 3: Enter your booking number
If you did not receive a booking number or if you receive an error message, please contact your host/hotel or the Tourist Information (info@bern.com).
Step 4: Activation of the ticket
Once the booking number has been confirmed, you will receive all tickets assigned to your booking. To activate the personal tickets, please fill in the respective name and first name in the corresponding field and click on "activate". You can activate the tickets for your companions on your device or share them via all common communication channels by clicking the "share" icon.
The ticket is valid as soon as the status changes to "active" and all guest information is entered. The personal data stated on the ticket must match the respective identity card or passport.
