You might find it hard to decide, but don’t worry: you can still come back another time for more – this Emmental brunch mecca offers its delicious and popular brunches five days a week, and new creations are added regularly. In addition to the main location in Utzensdorf, the treats are now also available at a franchise in Zollbrück.

The team at Chez Anja prides itself in the high quality and meticulous craftsmanship when it comes to their products. For co-owner Anja Werthmüller, the visual aspect is also important: “Presentation is key, and we want to offer guests a real experience.” The colourful creations are inspired, among other things, by Anja’s many travels.

All that breakfast will have to be digested, and the best way to do that is by going on an extensive walk. For Utzenstorf, we recommend solving the mysterious crime of the «KrimiSpass» for a bit of mental exercise in addition to the physical one, followed by a visit to Landshut Castle, the last moated castle in the canton of Bern.
