The first exhibition of the anniversary year brings together works that tend to be pieces of furniture. These are not so much home furnishings, but rather furnishings that have lost their purpose, and that only remain usable in the context of white cubes. At issue is an artistic interest in the interrelations between built, three-dimensional forms, the human body, and the spatial environment.
