Bern Meetings & Events offers two accommodations options in Bern for your attendees.
Option 1: Individual bookings from a specific block of rooms.
Bern Meetings & Events blocks the number of rooms you require for your event. This assures that attendees can book rooms up to an agreed upon date and that they book rooms from a specific selection of hotels. The attendees can access an overview of hotel accommodations with prices and availability via a link set up for your event and book rooms themselves online. The room must be secured with a credit card but is only paid when the guest checks out. Here you can view a demonstration of the e-vent 5 system.
Option 2: Individual reservations through Bern Tourism's booking platform
Attendees individually book their accommodations on the Internet or by telephone from a list of available rooms from Bern Tourism.
No specific room block will be made for your event. This means that you will not know where your attendees have booked their hotel rooms. Embed a booking link on your website to make it easier for your guests to book accommodations. The page is available in German, English, French and Italian.
