Under the professional guidance of master chocolatiers, you will learn the art of filling pralines and making and shaping premium Swiss couverture chocolate. You can be as creative as you wish when decorating. Depending on the season, you can also make Easter bunnies or Santa Claus boots with luscious praline fillings. Or would you prefer to craft a high-heeled shoe out of chocolate?
