Ever heard of comfrey packs or deadnettle burgers? There is a wide variety of edible wild herbs that can be found virtually on your doorstep, just waiting to be processed. In this course, you and your team will not only learn a lot of interesting facts about the culinary and medicinal use of native plants, you will also get hands-on experience.
First it’s off into the woods and meadows, where edible wild herbs are collected under expert guidance. Afterwards you will use the plants you gathered to conjure up a delicious meal in the cooking studio and enjoy it together. Surprising taste sensations are guaranteed!
