The idyllic surroundings of the Weitblick-Haus (which can loosely be translated as “house with a panoramic view”), with the Fribourg Alps on its doorstep, are (awe-)inspiring – there’s nothing like a little peace and quiet to regenerate and come up with new ideas.
The group house has a total of 14 beds (4 double, 3 single and 1 triple room) partly with washbasin. Including extension possibilities the house offers 20 sleeping places. Besides showers and toilets there is also a sauna available. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. A large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and a coffee machine are part of the inventory.
Ready to go exploring? The Gantrisch region has plenty to offer: how about a hike to the top of the Guggershorn, a visit to the traditional Vreneli Museum, or the FoodTrail, for example?

Getting there
Guggisberg can be reached in about one hour by public transport from Bern. At Schwarzenburg train station, take PostBus number 612 to Guggisberg and get off at the stop “Guggisberg, Post”. The bus leaves every 30 minutes and stops right in front of the house. By car, the journey takes about 40 minutes from Bern. Public parking spaces are available near the house.
