What is the right way to prepare raw fish? Which vegetables are the best to use? And what was the difference again between "maki" and "nigiri"? This crash course will teach you the basics of sushi preparation. An ideal opportunity to take a break during an intensive day of seminars or to strengthen team spirit.
Following the one-hour course, the Japanese delicacies you prepared will be served and a wide range of sake and Japanese beers will be tasted. However, those were just the appetizers. The culinary event ends with a delectable three-course meal with a teppanyaki menu in the Taishi Japanese restaurant at Hotel Ambassador.
