The main site of the Rösterei Kaffee und Bar is located in the center of Bern’s industrial district. The industrial-looking coffee bar with its big-city feel is a combination of coffee bar, store and micro roastery. Coffee drinking is a real experience here!

A combination of coffee bar, shop and artisan roaster

Award-winning baristas prepare espressos, cappuccinos, filter coffees, cold brews and other specialty coffees, using innovative brewing methods with tremendous passion and expertise. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee made from beans that are freshly roasted on site – or buy the coffee from the shop to take home. The coffee bar offers an extensive lunch menu, a delicious Saturday breakfast, and sweet baked goods daily – welcoming guests to indulge and stay awhile.

Since 2020, a second branch has opened in the city center of Bern, at Gurtengasse 6, where Bernese people enjoy the popular coffee of the Rösterei Kaffee und Bar.
