The Gfeller serves up a piece of culinary history, whether savory or sweet, to locals and tourists from Switzerland and the rest of the world. The restaurant’s wonderful location is another advantage – in the beating heart of the City of Bern, near the Parliament Building. The restaurant now features new, exclusive plates, designed to accentuate the cakes served on them – further enhancing the dining experience. The Gfeller also serves a variety of traditional Swiss dishes and set meals, offering very good value for money.
Seasonal specialties are also part of the program, such as the regional “Chüechli,” traditionally served in the afternoons and made from an original recipe dating back to 1891.
