This modern brasserie right next to the Museum of Fine Arts Bern puts a new spin on French classics. It’s an urban concept with plenty of ambience.

French classics get a new spin with some modern elements. Tradition meets the present at the Bay brasserie, where the dining experience seamlessly combines brasserie culture and zeitgeist. The restaurant’s inspiring architecture fuses the Bern of yesterday with the Bern of today. It offers seating for 60, a terrace overlooking the Aare river, and a venue for special events in its historical tower.

In October 2018, the restaurant received the Best of Swiss Gastro Award in the «Trend» category.
