The 106-km long Napf Circular Route takes cyclists on a round trip, from Langnau through Schüpfheim and Willisau and back to Langnau again. After leaving the tranquil district of Trubschachen, the route ascends to Escholzmatt in the UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere Reserve. It then passes between the Napf and the Alpine foothills, heading on to Willisau in the Canton of Lucerne.
At this point, cyclists can branch onto part of the Herzroute, which passes through the Emmental valley and the Oberaargau region before reaching Lüztelflüh. The company FLYER offers electric bikes for hire at the station in Willisau.

From Willisau, the Napf Circular Route leads cyclists through the hilly landscape of the Emmental valley towards Huttwil and back to Langnau via Sumiswald.
Cyclists who prefer to complete the Napf Circular Route over two days can spend a night in one of the many cozy hotels along the route.
