The Bern Minster Tower is the highest church tower in Switzerland and the landmark of Bern’s Old Town. If you hold your event in the tower, participants will first have to ascend up to 272 steps to reach the venue. The two spaces available in the Minster Tower are located at a height of 50 meters, high above the roofs of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
However, the (small) effort is definitely worth it as all your guests will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the city of Bern, the rolling hills of the Emmental valley and – with a little luck – the snow-covered peaks of the Bernese Oberland. The "Daniel Heinz" vaulted hall as well as the "August Beyer" room are equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and can be booked with catering upon request. A tour of the minster and its bells is a lovely add-on to events in the tower.
Did you know that the Bern Minster not only has the highest church tower in Switzerland but also the heaviest bell in the country?
