The first stop is the Kambly Experience in Trubschachen, the place where Switzerland’s most famous and popular cookies are made. When you visit the cookie factory and its attractions, you will be spoiled for choice and can sample around 100 different types of baked goodies. After this sweet indulgence, the tour continues towards Ranflüh and the Gasthof Bären inn. Here, in the stylishly renovated vaulted cellar, you will be welcomed by a brewer and a cheese affineur. During the “Cheese meets beer” tasting, you will be given five delicious samples of cheese specialties from the Emmental and a suitable beer to match. While talking with the experts you will learn all kinds of interesting facts about making cheese and beer, and the different varieties and flavors.

A tasty Emmental three-course meal is served for lunch. Finally, we will visit the "Brauschüür" brewery in Zollbrück, where "Mein Emmental" beer is produced. Explore the world of hops and malt and learn what it takes to make an all-round flavorful beer.
