The venue is set up in a way that makes it ideal for seminars and meetings. Start off by getting creative, gathering new ideas, and working on your projects, then head downstairs for a round of ninepin bowling. To round off a successful day, you can go on a culinary trip through Chile at the restaurant La Casa Chilena. 

Alternatively or additionally, there’s a complementary Chilean activity: Diving into the art of Chilean cooking and making your own empanadas. The empanada workshop lasts four hours and includes enjoying the freshly made delicacies.

    Services included in the price Theoretical part: a journey through the history of the empanada, recipes for the dough and filling.

    Practical part: making the dough and the traditional beef or vegetarian filling, learning different folding techniques, making the Salsa Pebre (spicy tomato sauce).

    Social part: the empanadas made by the group are enjoyed together at the end of the workshop.
    Remarks Children are welcome. There are also workshops for children only (recommended for kids aged 10 and over). Price per child: CHF 65.00.
