The 488‑km Trans Swiss Trail is a long-distance hiking route which takes walkers from Porrentruy to Mendrisio in 32 stages.

After leaving Worb, the route passes into the Emmental region, where walkers will encounter the hills and valleys for which the area is so well-known. This 18‑km section naturally also provides unmissable views of the Alps and the Jura mountains.
