E-Bike Tour de Berne – History

SchweizMobil Route 392: Tour de Berne – History

The city of Bern and the town of Laupen both have historical centers – Bern on the larger scale, Laupen on the smaller. This circular route starts at the main railway station in Bern before crossing through the Länggass quarter towards Wohlen. After taking cyclists over ranges of gentle hills and along Lake Wohlen, one of the most beautiful and popular destinations for day-trippers from Bern, the route then continues into the historic little town of Laupen. After passing the monument in Bramberg commemorating the Battle of Laupen, the route leads past Süri and through the forest towards Riedbach before continuing on towards Bern Brünnen, where shopaholics can stop off at the Westside Mall.
