In addition to the factory in Murten, there is a Monnier store at 26 Schauplatzgasse in Bern. The selection ranges from truffles and macarons to pain au chocolat and brioches to Züpfe (plaited bread) and sourdough bread – heaven on a plate for gourmets. The treats are made using exclusively natural ingredients – no artificial sugar, no flavouring, and no preservatives. The sweetness and colour stem solely from fruits, vegetables, and chocolate, which makes indulging on a Monnier delicacy all the more sweet!
