
There is no queuing at the buffet in the Steinhalle: the seasonal and freshly prepared breakfast variations are served to you on a tray. The chef selects ingredients and dishes that suit his personal taste, and it really doesn’t matter if it’s sourdough bread straight from the oven, perfectly prepared eggs, or an avocado tartare – anything that ends up on your tray is top quality. You can also add something tasty from the lunch menu to your brunch tray and choose drinks to go with it. And if the sun is out, you can relax outside in the garden under the oaks.
