The traditional Swiss brunch at the restaurant Viva leaves nothing to be desired. The indulgent breakfast is served every first and third Sunday of the month. The restaurant in the Nature Park Gantrisch delights guests with its homemade breads, “Gipfeli" (croissants), "Züpfe" (plaited bread) and other delicacies such as butter, cheese, yoghurt, honey, and sausages, all from the region. For example, the various muesli mixes are produced by the popular Dittligmühle in Forst near Längenbühl. The restaurant also prepares hearty breakfast staples such as Rösti, bacon and scrambled eggs, served with fresh fruit juices, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
