In the Brasserie Bits&Bites, the day begins with a richly diverse breakfast buffet, where you can help yourself to everything your heart desires. From 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., you can choose from the Boulevard Café menu, which is supplemented by a menu of the day and an alternating pasta dish every day except Sundays.
The menu features house specialties like the crispy golden-brown Wiener schnitzel or the classy steak tartare. From 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., the evening menu offers an extended range of dishes, including regional and seasonal dishes as well as much-loved classics with a modern twist.
Various Toblerone creations are presented on the dessert menu under the title “can you smell the chocolate?” – inspired by the nearby chocolate factory. The Toblerone Carousel is a temptation especially worth giving in to!
