The heart of the elegant venue is the 350-m² Salon “Trianon”. The listed grand hall with its intricate ceiling stuccos, marble pillars and wonderfully replicated chandeliers creates a beautiful atmosphere and the perfect setting for any event, be it an elegant breakfast, a seminar, a luxurious banquet or a festive reception.

Brigitte Witschi, perfumer and owner of the «art of scent» atelier in Bern’s Old Town, and Silvan Durrer, head chef at the Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa, are partnering up! Together they will take you on a unique themed journey through the world of gastronomy, scents and spices and their magical effect on humans.
