Alti Moschti, Mühlethurnen

The Alti Moschti is a former cider house where you can now experience concerts, cabaret, comedy and theater performances.

Since the Alti Moschti can only accommodate about 200 people at a time, it's the ideal informal setting where guests can enjoy watching artists up-close and even chat with them after the performance. Popular Swiss musicians Polo Hofer, Michael von der Heide, Philipp Fankhauser and Gölä have already graced the Moschti stage.

The Celtic House

The Celtic House is a reconstruction of a traditional Celtic roundhouse, like those inhabited by the Celts who settled here around 500 BC.

The Celtic House is a reconstruction of a traditional Celtic roundhouse, like those inhabited by the Celts who settled here around 500 BC. It's the first time in centuries that a building has been made in Switzerland with a thatched roof and indigenous materials. The entire structure is centered around a fireplace. It's not hard to imagine how the inhabitants of that time sat around the warmth of the fire in similar homes.
